FINALLY UPLOADING IT!! That's right, I have officially overcome my quad/animal-block!!! WEEEEEEEE!!! So, without further a due, I proudly present to you all my new dowgie character Raid!!!

OK, so, I did the sketch (in blue of course) on like, Thursday I think, and finished the entire piccy on Friday. 8D And since then I have been suffering from the most epic name-block EVER!! DDDDX SERIOUSLY! Raid was probably the FIRST name I thought of but I didn't actually decide on it until about 2:00 this morning. e.e; So just a few minutes ago, I added the shadow and the name (in freak-awesome font) AND HERE WE ARE!

So anyways, let's talk a little about Raid himself, first off, his appearence. OK, I played around with alot of schemes before I chose these markings. Though I knew from the get-go that I wanted him black and white with a green mohawk and piercings. I SERIOUSLY like his floofy tail, and NO, I didn't just draw it funky, his tail looks EXACTLY like it's suppossed to. He's got a short tail that is extremely floofy. It's very common for certain breeds. (granted, probably not any breed HE looks like, but he's my ORIGINAL character, he doesn't follow any particular mold). Also, DON'T YOU JUST LOVE HIS TONGUE?! XDDD Heeheehee, I also knew I wanted him to have a green tongue immediatley! Oh, and you probably can't see, but the inside of his mouth is dark purple. CB

OK, onto his personality. Alright, basically, his appearence very much echoes who he is inside. XDD That's right, he's a total punk/jerk/manyunfriendlywords. XDDD Yes, I've been having some very fun MSN conversations with Mae involving our Raid here. Of course, I've been calling him Noname. XDD I HAD to pick a name before I got too comfortable with Noname, or as I liked to call him "No-Nah-Mey". XDD

OH YEAH! And checkitout, I used the thinnest lines possible on photoshop. I've been very dissatisfied with my linearting lately and have decided to try out new methods. 8D And the thin lines method wasn't nearly as difficult as I thought it would be. I kinda like it.

OK, once again, I am SO sorry for my long ramblings that are artist's descriptions. Oh wells, better than blank right? *hates it when people don't write artist's descriptions*

SO ANYWAYS, For a while now, my animal drawing skillz have been very disappointing to me, So I've been trying really hard to improve myself. I'm VERY proud of how this turned out, but more than anything, I'm looking forward to everyone ELSE'S opinions! CB So please, comment and tell me what you think!
